Wikis for organizing things

A discussion at Web Worker Daily has some good ideas and links for using wikis to keep things organized. One of the comments espoused pen and paper. I am still working well with my Excel Pocketmod but I plan to follow up and take a look at the other hosted wiki options mentioned.
